In years gone past, I would have done a fair bit of work in this area, mainly within the Health Services (HSE), parts of the public service and a couple of private companies.
There are several approaches to this, and I have found that including stress management training as part of generic management training works best i.e. developing overall management RESILIENCE, rather than just focussing on stress. Most workplace stressors are related to mainstream activities of time-management and planning, customer and staff demands, productivity imperatives, internal conflicts, uncertainty & rapid change, and achieving work / life balance.
Developing coping skills on an integrated basis can also take away the (sometimes) negative perception of being “sent on a stress management course”.
I note that the HSE is a member of ICBE. It may be an idea for your member company to have a chat with them. I can put them in contact with the Performance & Development Manager of HSE (West) who has done a lot of development work in this space.
The Health & Safety Authority has published various resources here: http://www.hsa.ie/eng/Workplace_Health/Workplace_Stress/Overview/Workplace_Stress_FAQs.html
And the HSE Health Promotion site has much valuable info: https://www.healthpromotion.ie/
I hope this helps, and I’d be glad to add any further insights if required. I have a lot of resources related to organisational and personal resilience.

Through our health insurers we offer employees an employee wellbeing programme with monthly lunch time talks on health and wellness.
We also have an employee assistance programme where employees can avail of one to one personal counselling – we are currently working with our EAP provider to develop a specific programme to assist those with ongoing emotional issues such as stress, anxiety and depression. It is likely that this programme will have a strong focus on cognitive behavioural therapy.
We also run emotional intelligence courses which our indirect staff can attend.
Finally we frequently get local gyms, trainers etc in on site who offer memberships or classes at reduced costs to our employees.

We have recently looked at Wellbeing Activities (some of which include stress management) and we are using our Health Insurance providers, Laya, to do some activities. They have a Wellness Team and do information seminars on a variety of topics, webinars, etc. Have found them very good to date. We have also conducted Lunch & Learns in-house with our Managers on Time Management and Managing Your Workload Effectively.
We are also holding a Health & Safety Week in October with the focus on Wellbeing, will run Heartbeat Screenings, have Marie Keating Information Unit, a Healthy Living Seminar and some information stands in canteen throughout the week.
Rather than run a full stress management program, we are doing little pieces this year. But we may look at a full Wellbeing Program for 2015.

We run a quarterly wellbeing program for all employee that covers an array of topics
From Men health awareness, female heath, flu vaccinations, Quit Smoking and stress management
For this topic we covered stress busters- which included onsite Yoga sessions in the evening, Guest speakers on Balancing Stresses at home caring for kids & elderly parents how to strike the balance. With our EAP provider we communicate their monthly topics to all employees
We also completed some work around meeting effectiveness internally to try to reduce the amount of daily meetings Managers & executives attended as this seemed to cause major stress and help free them up to have 2 afternoons a week Monday & Fridays that we have block booked as meeting free time to allow them to catch up on work
