- IMI Dublin have a varied selection of management courses, I myself completed certified frontline management course with them.
- Professional Development Ireland have FETAC level 6 management courses, which I would recommend after attending some of their courses.

In the past we have used V2R -Vision 2 Results (Tutor -Jerry Ryan) & TSS Training (Tutor – Shay Martin) who did training for all our Supervisors / Managers which covered
- Presentation Skills
- Staff Motivation
- Time Management
- Team Building
- Performance management etc
Both were quite good spent some time internally in advance to fully understand our systems. Had role plays and exercises to complete to ensure effectiveness.Very knowledgeable.
We also have used ICBE and IMI on occasion.

Please find attached an outline for the QQI/FETAC Supervisory Management (6N4329) programme. It is a 4-day programme, typically run one day per for the first three weeks, with a three week gap between Days 3 and 4 to allow time to complete the first part of the assessment.
I am also attaching the Assessment Plan for the programme.
The total cost for the four days (including all materials and certification) is €3,400.
For an in-house programme, I can tailor some of the content to specific needs but the assessment process cannot be modified.
If it is of any assistance, I can discuss the programme in more detail directly with the client.
Along with a number of open programmes, specific clients who received in-house Supervisory Management Training include:
- AMCS Covidien Microsemi
- Fexco McKesson United Drug
Thanks and Best Regards,
