Topic: Implementation of Employee Appraisal Program
Information Requested: An ICBE member company wants to learn best practices around implementation of employee appraisal/review program and any templates of currently used forms.
- The key objective is to achieve a program whereby each employee receives an appraisal at appropriate intervals to ensure each employee meets their performance criteria and allows for employee feedback.
- Achieve an employee appraisal system that is fair and equitable and that has a number of facets e.g. safety, environment, productivity, performance etc…..
