Information Requested: An ICBE member company is looking for training in Key Account Management for a team member who has recently moved from Customer Service to the Commercial Team & they need to develop her skills to meet the requirements of the role. What we would be looking for is something on the lines of the list below. I know its quite specific but I just wondered if it is something you might have done before or anything similar ?
Objective: To find an effective training course in Key Account Management (see example of course outline below)
