Hello Grainne, Cormac Mac Donncha passed on your communication to me.
I am currently looking at a few projects internally in relation to improving the Installation Kits we send to customers.
Through ‘Rapid Improvement events’ we have come up with a number of enhancements as follows:
- The way kits are packaged at our kit supplier
- The way they are delivered/shipped
- The way the kits are segmented for ease of installations at dealers
- The incorporation of install instructions printed on box
It is worth noting, we are still in the improvement phase BUT would be more than willing to collaborate with external companies to see if we can learn from each other.
