Programme Overview

This Change Agent Facilitator training is aimed at people who have been selected as change agents to support and act as advocates for changing business systems and methodologies in their organisation.

This programme aims to educate these people on their role and responsibilities as changes agents, to inform their understanding of the changes happening in the organisation and to provide them with the communication and facilitation skills required to influence key stakeholders.

  • Analyse current knowledge level/understanding of the change
  • Introduce The Change and the reasons behind the change
  • Outline the pros of ‘The Change’
  • Align The Change to current organisation Vision
  • Explain roles and responsibilities of a Change Agent
  • Work through the structure of the change from principals to practical application
  • Agree on the common message of the ‘Change Agents’
  • Examine how questions will help assess embedment of the change
  • Assess current communication and facilitation skills
  • Study the communication process, encode to decode
  • Explore how adults learn and retain information
  • Learn techniques to ask and handle questions in an effective manner
  • Define next steps for the Change Agents
  • Perform interactive knowledge assessment
  • Ensure knowledge gap is closed – perform post assessment
