Programme Overview

This communications workshop is focused on employees across all levels and functions within the medical device industry.

 

The programme aims initially to gauge current knowledge, skill and attitude onsite in relation to principles, systems and tools and establish a solid picture of ‘current state’ v’s ‘ideal state’. Secondly to ensure that all participants leave with an aligned understanding of expectations in relation to how they support the four core dimensions and ten overarching principles (as per the Shingo Operational Excellence model), aligned with current cultural norms, systems thinking, values and ideal behaviours.
