The workshop is designed for HR practitioners and Analysts planning to implement workforce analytics and for those who have recently entered the field. The aim is to learn more about the concepts of Workforce/People Analytics.
As leaders realise the value people data contributes to business performance and employee well-being it’s increasingly essential for HR to understand the practical principles underlying business analytics. Successful human capital analytics requires collaboration and cooperation between many parts of the organisation. HR needs the tools to convince their customers of the business case for effectively designed analytical processes that lead to planned outcomes.
This Workshop will introduce HR personnel to best-practice analytical methodologies, structures and implementations including models and case studies of how HR analytics can be used to unlock business success. Tools you can put to work with immediate effect.
