Programme Overview

Emotional Intelligence is a set of emotional and social skills that influence the way we perceive and express ourselves, develop and maintain social relationships, cope with challenges, and use emotional information in an effective and meaningful way.

Unlike IQ, EQ is not static and can be developed over one’s life time.

Extensive research indicates that Emotional Intelligence is a key indicator of human performance and development potential.

This Emotional Intelligence in the Workplace programme includes BarOn EQ assessment and coaching session. It enables participants to develop an understanding of Emotional Intelligence, the impact it has on our day to day lives and to devise informed strategies to improve Emotional Intelligence.
