The EQ-i 2.0 Experience:
New Model, New Reports, and New Platform.
The EQ-i 2.0 builds on EQ-i. It introduces some differences that stem from changes (based on extensive feedback) to assessment items, updated norms, and rigorous reliability and validity studies.
The 1-5-15 factor structure the EQ-i 2.0 features one overarching EI score (Total EI), broken down into five composite scores which, in turn, are broken down into a total of 15 subscales.
By the end of the certification program,

Describe the components of the EQ-i2.0 including defining composite scales and subscales
Understand the science behind the EQ-i2.0
Administer the EQ-i2.0
Interpret an EQ-i2.0 assessment
Follow a structured approach to preparing for a feedback session

Explain the benefits of EI to their client groups

Identify resources available post-certification
