Jackie Roche, MSc Coaching & Behavioural Change (Henley Management College, London) and MA Adult Learning & Development (NUIG) is a senior Learning & Development Manager, with over 10 years’ experience within the field of organisational learning and development in the manufacturing and healthcare sector. Particular areas of expertise and interest are leadership and management development, organisational development, talent management/succession planning, performance management, coaching and creating formal mentoring relationships.
