Outcome

The outcome from this session will be to ensure attendees have a clear understanding of what Lean is & what it has to offer every organisation.  The attendees will also get a hands-on practical approach on how the tools have been implemented in a cookery school environment with sufficient time to discuss how best to apply it to their business.
