Programme Overview

  • Uniformity of the your brand across all organisational levels:
  • Communication of “best practice” to employees: e.g. How to initiate new connections, posting discussions/ comments and sharing
  • Education on “Social Communication”: Empowering employees with the skillset required to understand the benefits of LinkedIn specific to their role within your role
  • Recruitment: Using the Boolean search strings, understand to identify passive and active candidates locally and internationally
  • Social etiquette: All LinkedIn content is “user generated”. It is critical that employees understand the etiquette behind LinkedIn with regard to posting content, profile updates, building personal networks etc
  • Online Networking: Ensuring all employees understand the various steps to network  in an efficient manner online specific to their role
  • Business Development: Educate employees on “social selling” and how this change is affecting organisations
  • Transparency for employees: Remove the mystery of this social platform so employees can embrace it’s functionality as it relates to them

Programme Objectives

  • Understand the etiquette of Social Communication on LinkedIn
  • Have a 100% Complete LinkedIn profile
  • Have built up a personal network of connections (personal, professional and educational)
  • Understand how to source candidates on LinkedIn
  • Implement the 3 principles of business development
  • Be clear on how to network, communicate and engage with the LinkedIn community (including new & existing customers)
  • Understand the merits and benefits of joining and participating in Groups specific to their role
