Enhance the Performance of your Team

People are the most valuable resource in every organisation and people who are now or will in the future achieve results through others will benefit from this practical ‘hands-on’ accredited programme.  On completion of this three day programme participants will have acquired a range of people management skills which will enhance their effectiveness, efficiency and productivity thus benefiting the organisation as a whole. How will you learn?


This course involves an interactive workshop format and will consist of a mix of:


  • Teaching by an expert trainer using a variety of quality learning materials
  • Group and individual learning activities
  • Group discussion
  • Role plays of work-based management scenarios relevant to your workplace

Duration:                 3 day accredited FETAC Level 6


ASSESSMENT – The FETAC Level 6 accreditation will be awarded to participants who complete the workshops, provide Learner Record and submit a 2,000 – 2,500 word assignment six weeks after the last day of the programmes
