The training is designed for senior managers responsible for managing lean transformation across their organisations.

In two highly intensive and interactive days you can learn how to:

·  Align your continuous improvement activities across your entire organisation.

·  Apply the Shingo Prize Model as an independent benchmark of operational excellence.

·  Use the unique capacity of The Shingo Prize Model to guide and drive your lean transformation.

·  Align and embed organisational culture to create enduring continuous improvement.

·  Assess organisational progress towards lean transformation.

·  Develop a comprehensive working knowledge of The Shingo Prize guidelines.

The training is held at the Jaguar Land Rover Halewood plant, an award-winning, world-class manufacturing facility and home to the current Land Rover Freelander and the new Range Rover Evoque.  It features 300 acres of manufacturing space and includes press shop, body and white assembly, paint shop, trim and final area.  The site has doubled its worplace over the past 12 months and is working at full capacity to meet surging international demand for its products.

To maintain the quality of the training only a limited number of places are available, so if you or colleagues wish to attend you should confirm your place as soon as possible.
