Developing high performance in individuals and organisations is a topic close to Paul's heart and experience.  While leading the redesign of Performance Management during his time at eBay, Paul researched high performance approaches across a wide variety of organisations and will share trends, approaches and practical insights regarding Performance Management. In Paul’s role in eBay, he led the review and redesign of the Performance Management process away from ratings and annual reviews to regular conversations.
