FETAC Level 6 Accreditation
70% for skill demonstration + evidence of workplace application
30% for 2 short essays on underpinning knowledge

 

Programme Objectives

To provide a national qualification to validate the participant’s capability to supervise and develop others to contribute to workplace goals
To develop the participant skill and confidence to provide a consistent approach to motivating, engaging and supervising others, through practice sessions and feedback.

To help participants to retain and implement the learning between workshops, by reflecting on the highly engaging practical skill sessions, ready to demonstrate their enhanced skills in the oral assessments

Margaret will be the lead trainer on both courses.

Target Audience

Those with responsibility for the work and/or training of others, whether in a formal or inform all capacity.
This may include those recently promoted to role of team leader/facilitators/supervisor
To obtain the FETAC level 6 qualification, it is advisable that participants have completed the equivalent of FETAC level 5/Leaving Cert in English
