This programme is designed to allow participants to build their management/ team skills, improve performance and overcome any inefficiency which may exist.  The programme is tailored to fit the particular training needs and requirements of the group. Following this programme participants will have a greater awareness of the responsibilities and expectations associated with their role.  Through increased self awareness and improved understanding of team dynamics, the participants will be able to collaboratively improve team effectiveness and efficiencies.



On completion of this programme, participants will:

Aine is a Facilitator/Coach with over twenty years experience in the pharmaceutical, manufacturing, service and SMEsectors. Her key focus is on helping individuals learn and up-skill with practical advice and experience. Aine is quick to develop rapport with participants and has an innate ability to identify the required individual learning styles.

Aine has facilitated groups at Senior and Frontline Management levels and has delivered programmes on teambuilding, conflict management, communication, sales, interviewing skills, customer relationship management as well as running outplacement programmes and group training sessions in career planning, interview coaching and change management.
