By 2017, many organisations have embarked on their people analytics journeys. Some will be focusing on analytics reporting while some will have ventured into predictive analytics.
This workshop is for HR practitioners and analysts from organisations that have already begun their people analytics journeys. The objective is to provide practical tools and thought processes to take their analytics practices to the next level. The aim is to implement the concepts; to problem solve using practical case studies.
The workshop will cover the following areas including a Master Class (details below):
- The role of people analytics from a human capital investment perspective: Satisfying CEOs & CFOs
- Selecting your next people analytics project: Considerations and methodologies
- Case Study: Applying analytics to employee retention: Advanced ApproachesMaster Class:
Participants are invited to submit an anonymous case study of a people analytics issue being faced by their organisation. A representative sample of case studies will be selected from these for discussion by the group.Case studies should therefore be submitted at least three weeks prior to the workshop for review
