Session Outline

 

This course is designed for managers who wish to develop a deeper understanding of the influence of Behavioural Science on achieving improved performance in the workplace.  The factors and conditions that influence behaviour change are now seen as starters, enablers, and sustainment techniques to improve performance, unless they are driving change that becomes a habit these factors are not effective.  This session will establish the framework of how behaviour influences performance.  Principally the objectives will be :


-   To demonstrate the High Performance Framework through the use of case study examples
-   To outline the systematic & diagnostic approach to using the framework.
-   Understand the importance & relationships of the HPF components
-   To develop the understanding the link between behaviour change & Performance improvement
-   To demonstrate via case study how the HPF links to improved profits


Facilitator Background

 

The team at Lean Unlimited have associated with the eminent Canadian author & behavioural specialist, Robin Stuart Kotze, in development of this framework.  John Conway, Shane Hughes & Eoghan Hegarty will present case study examples & challenge the audience in the application of the High Performance Framework.
