Programme Overview

This programme is designed to equip learners with the knowledge, skills and attitudes necessary to be able to conduct effective on-the-job training.

Programme Objectives

At the end of this programme, participants will be able to:

Prior to the start-up of the company, Mike Roche had designed and delivered a number of training programmes on a part-time basis since 2003.

Professional Experience:

Mike has over 20 years experience in the manufacturing sector, working both in engineering and as a Learning and Development practitioner in a number of multinational organisations. He has held management positions in engineering and has also been a Training Manager in an FDA regulated medical device organisation.

He has designed and delivered a number of continuing professional development programmes across all sectors, including:

He is a full member of the Irish Institute of Training and Development (IITD) and delivers their certificate programmes in the Mid-West region. Modules covered during this programme include:
