A member company would like to know if other companies have implemented a self-directed team culture/ approach within a manufacturing environment? Where the team plans its own resources, schedule etc. What was their approach and process for implementing this? What has their experience been (both positive & negative)?
Areas of interest include:
- The process used for selection & development of individuals
- Building more self-directed approach
· Building coaching culture for supervisors to support this process
