Fergus Barrett is a fully trained mindfulness teacher, Fergus spent 22 years in the Irish Defence Forces where he learnt much about people and teams. He became a mindfulness teacher to help other people find joy and happiness in their lives and believes the benefits of living a mindful life are huge.
