Emotions are an integral and inseparable part of everyday organisation life.  Emotions play a role in everything we do. Emotions influence our mood and energy, impacting behaviour and performance. Despite this, many organisations do not focus on personnel development in this area.


E-Factor is a one day interactive workshop plus an additional one to one EQ360 coaching and feedback session (held on the days following the workshop).  This programme helps us understand ourselves and others better.  The programme includes the BarOn EQ360 report.

  • Identify emotional vs rational thinking and rumination
  • Analyse and activate positive thought patterns
  • Enhance awareness around interpersonal communication
  • Learn techniques to improve assertiveness, optimism and happiness
  • Attend individual coaching session
  • Formulate an action plan for future personal development

Target Audience:

This programme is suitable for people in all positions at all levels of employment.  It may be of particular interest to people managers, to those interested in building awareness and developing Emotional Intelligence or technically focussed individuals who find themselves out of their comfort zone managing a team.
