This webinar will explain the concepts of the four energy types and through the use of interactive exercises and help participants discover for themselves practical measures they can take to ensure they are living and working to their fullest potential.
Energise to Optimise
Energy doesn’t just relate to the ability to exert yourself physically. Energy relates to our mental, emotional and spiritual capacity. Tony Schwartz in his book “How to be Excellent at Anything – Four Changes to Get More Out of Work and Life” conducts research into people who are at the top of their game in terms of achievement and performance and discovers that looking after all four energy sources is key to living to our full potential.
Closer to the date we will send you a link to Zoom that you can access via your smart phone or computer. Full instructions will be provided then, but you will need a headset and good broadband connection. A full recording of the session will be also be delivered so you can replay the session at a later date.

Miriam’s first introduction to leadership was in her role as IT Project Manager many years ago. There she realised that the key to real, sustainable success was engaging with your people at a meaningful, consistent and honest level. She has since made working with organisational change and leadership her life’s purpose and has been helping leaders successfully lead change for over 10 years now. Miriam has an MSc in Organisational Change, Ashridge, UK, B.A. in Psychology & Sociology, Post Grad. Dip. In Comp. Science, Dip. in Applied Project Management, UCC and a Dip. in Systems Analysis and Design. She has also recently completed training in David Cooperrider’s The New Change Equation.
