Hayley Barnard is a prominent keynote speaker, consultant & trainer to top-level executives throughout the UK and Europe. She is a subject matter expert on Diversity and Inclusion, Inclusive Leadership and Unconscious Bias. She advises boards of corporations on how they can become more profitable and innovative through inclusion of diversity and helps individuals understand how unconscious bias could be impacting their leadership. Her clients include Microsoft, Deloitte, Nissan, T-Mobile and AIB. Over the past year she has been advising representatives of the Irish Government along with various companies and associations in preparation for the forthcoming Irish Gender Pay Gap Legislation
