Inclusive leaders and people managers recognise that we are all affected by a level of unconscious bias, both on a personal level and across our organisations.

Hayley talks about moving from unconscious bias to inclusive leadership, covering:

  • What is unconscious bias and how we can identify it in ourselves and in our organisations
  • Actions we can take to outsmart bias
  • The role of each leader in developing inclusive practices and processes and how this can future proof your leadership skills
  • Diversity and Inclusion Strategy – What’s working and not working
  • 2020 incoming Irish legislation on Gender Pay Gap & what you need to know as a leader

Expect to leave Hayley’s session feeling challenged, and yet equipped to make a change both in your own working life and within your organisation
