David Coleman is a practising Clinical Psychologist and an Adjunct Associate Professor in the School of Psychology in UCD. He also presents television programmes, contributes regularly to the Sean O’Rourke Show on RTÉ Radio 1, writes a weekly column for the Irish Independent and has authored three books so far.

Síle Seoige has spent the past twenty-one years working in the media industry, primarily as a Television broadcaster.
In 2011 she was diagnosed with thyroid cancer, an experience that changed her life in every way; and in 2016 she added another string to her bow by becoming a certified yoga teacher.

Today, she is healthy and well and very thankful for it with a keen interest in all things health and wellness

Michelle Dinneen has over 20 years’ experience working in HR, Learning and Development and Operations Training in regulated multinational environments and has been working independently as a Learning and Development consultant since March 2012, when she started Ardin Career Development
