Programme Overview

The supervisor will better understand what is required of them as people managers (supervisors). The will be more selfware, understand how their interactions (or lack of) can impact the business. The will identify role and personal development gaps and will develop Action Plans and Personal Development Plan  to address gaps over the medium term (18 months 2 year). They will understand relevant employment legislation and ensure
compliance with the same. They will take ownership for communication, engagement, change management, performance management etc.
Programme Objectives

On completion of the programme participants will:

  • better understand what is required of them as people managers and supervisors
