DESCRIPTION:  \nLeading Hybrid Teams\nFREE 30 minute webinar followed by Q&A\nWeds\, March 23rd @ 1:15pm \nwith Tony Shone\, Team Coach & Director of Invisio \nSuitable for anyone who is already or will in the future lead a hybrid team\, whatever the size or complexity. \nThis bite-size webinar will disrupt and accelerate your thoughts on leading a hybrid team; the extent of the challenge; the considerations and what you can do at a practical level to get the conversation going. \nRegister using the BOOK A PLACE button\nwe will forward the webinar link before the 23rd\n  \nTeam leaders who have in the past managed on-site teams and may have managed remote teams more recently\, are already\, or will soon\, find themselves leading teams in a hybrid environment. Hybrids will take different forms in different organisation\, but likely most leaders will need to navigate some form of hybrid. \nWe were all catapulted into large scale remote working with no time to pre plan in March 2020. This time around we need to take time to plan\, challenge our mindsets\, upskill and reassess our approach to team leadership in a hybrid environment. Hybrid is a very different challenge and opportunity and is more difficult to ‘get right’ than all remote or all on site. Team dynamics will change as will team member expectations in terms of what they are looking for from their leaders and organisations. \nThere will be a Q&A opportunity following Tony’s presentation to allow you to ask Tony any questions you might have. \n  \n\n\n\nTony Shone – Director\, Invisio\nAn experienced facilitator\, Tony has successfully worked with a diverse range of people and organisations to help them achieve their objectives. He has a wealth of practical ‘hands on’ management & leadership experience in both small and large organisations and has designed and delivered interventions for Danske Bank\, Ryanair\, the Defence Forces\, Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts and Liberty Insurance to mention but a few.\nTony’s international management experience encompasses Ireland\, the UK\, United States and a number of Middle Eastern countries; in each case he was responsible for large teams of people in both multi-unit and multi-cultural environments. Prior to forming Invisio with Louise\, Tony held a Senior Group Management role with one of Ireland’s largest and most dynamic private companies. During this time\, he was extensively involved in the successful re-development of a number of businesses\, two of which achieved the prestigious quality ISO 9000 award.\nTony’s passion is unleashing the potential in teams in both new and existing businesses. Tony has an MBA from the internationally renowned Henley Business School.\n
