SUMMARY:Introducing the ESG e-Learning Platform
DESCRIPTION:ESG e-Learning Platform – Inniu\nAviation Skillnet and ALI (Aircraft Leasing Ireland) are delighted to announce a collaboration with industry leading contributors to develop an ESG e-Learning platform for the aircraft leasing and aviation industry in Ireland. ​ \nStructured in line with the ALI Sustainability Charter\, the e-Learning platform will provide Sustainability 101 training with modules covering Climate Action & Net Zero\, Technology & Innovation\, Waste & Circular Economy\, Diversity & Inclusion\, Ethical Business Practices\, Employee Wellbeing\, Community Engagement\, Industry Leadership\, Standardisation and Accountability & Reporting.  Each module will be 5-20 minutes long with a short pulse quiz at the end.  ​ \nThe tool will allow each company to track and report on the number of ESG training hours deployed within your organization via the e-Learning platform. \n  \nPlease find via the links below\, the following: \n\nSlide deck from the launch of Inniu on 2 November\nDetails of how to sign up with Aviation Skillnet to access this programme\n\nAbout Inniu: \nEducation and awareness of ESG is a fundamental building block\, if we are to overcome the challenges that lie ahead.  This programme offers colleagues from across the leasing industry and beyond the opportunity to take that first step\, starting today\, to raise their own awareness of some of the key issues that will fundamentally define their future company operations\, and even their careers.  The inniu programme is designed to give everyone – from new graduate recruits to the CEO – a broad understanding of ESG\, and the challenges we face in our sector\, across all 3 sustainability strands. \nInniu will go live ahead of the Global Aviation Sustainability Day\, on November 20\, 2023.  Companies can register and sign up now with Aviation Skillnet – please contact Kumar@ICBE.ie. \nSetup:  \nWe will require the following for setup: \n\nThe name and email of the course administrator (usually someone who has access to employee details like a HR/training admin)\nAccounts address to share the invoice.\n\n  \nWelcome Email: \nThe administrator will receive a welcome email to sign in to access the platform.
