Fiona’s areas of focus are in the areas of Women in Leadership\, Leadership Development\, Work Behaviour\, Mentoring & Coaching\, Emotional Intelligence and Confidence. Before setting up her own business 7 years ago\, Fiona worked in industry for 16 years and held a number of senior corporate roles with her last position being Vice President of Professional Services EMEA for a global Tech company.
