There are tutor inputs\, interactive sessions\, discussions\, practice with observation and feedback\, live demonstrations of coaching by credentialed coaches; MCC\, PCC and ACC\, a group coach mentoring day +2 x 90 mins individual coach mentoring sessions. There are also additional self-directed asynchronous learning hours that are completed outside of the training days. These include a reflective journal\, short assignments\, quizzes\, recorded coaching demonstrations to review and learn from\, short questionnaires\, reflective questions\, and preparation for your individual coach mentoring sessions. \nResources are provided to support you for when you with set up a business as coach or working as an internal coach when you complete the programme. The insights we got from the academics was excellent\, it’s how that content triggers the bigger conversations…how I apply it in my world is what matters. It wouldn’t nearly matter what the content was\, what point you started from\, it’s where we went in the conversation that was excellent.\n\n  \n\nI gained a deeper understanding of how to balance incremental and disruptive opportunities\, equipping me to become more future ready\, enhance competitiveness\, and support sustainable growth for our Ireland-based organisation. The frameworks and tools introduced during the programme have already influenced how I approach both day-to-day planning and long-term strategy\, giving me greater confidence in driving innovation initiatives across the organisation. Overall\, this was an engaging\, challenging\, and enjoyable programme that has had a lasting impact on my approach to leadership and innovation.
