The frameworks and tools introduced during the programme have already influenced how I approach both day-to-day planning and long-term strategy\, giving me greater confidence in driving innovation initiatives across the organisation. Overall\, this was an engaging\, challenging\, and enjoyable programme that has had a lasting impact on my approach to leadership and innovation.
