The programme is aimed at cross-skilling licenced aviation engineers by developing their aviation leasing expertise which will support the organisational need for a flexible and dynamic maintenance department. \nIreland is a recognised leading hub in the aircraft leasing sector and this programme has been developed in conjunction with the aircraft leasing companies who have specifically identified these skills as those required to work in this sector. \nThis Level 7 Special Purpose award programme provides specialist training in Aircraft Acquisition and Finance\, Registration and Air Legislation\, Managing the Contracts and Maintenance and Technical Record Administration. \nProgramme details\nAll lecturers have been selected for their proven academic track record and are experienced industry practitioners who focus on applied learning within each class. \nClasses are delivered using a hybrid approach involving a combination of pre-course reading\, pre-recorded classes\, live and onsite classes. \n\nWho is this Programme for?\n\nThe programme is designed for licenced aviation engineers seeking to gain an understanding of the aviation leasing sector. The programme will also benefit licenced aviation engineers wishing to work in the aviation consulting and technical support services. \nOnline Support\nStudents will have full access to a range of supports available online and through Blackboard\, our virtual learning environment. These include our new online programme\, PACE\, which is designed to support students to access and effectively use library resources in order to complete assignments.
