The programme gives managers the skills to recognise the signs and symptoms of common mental health problems and how to appropriately engage in a conversation with the person they are concerned about. It also provides an opportunity for managers to identify the resources and supports that can assist someone who is struggling with their mental health. \nThe course format caters for all learning styles with opportunities to participate\, discuss scenarios and develop skills.
