SUMMARY:Leading In Times of Disruption – A new ICBE Senior Leadership Programme with Ade McCormack
DESCRIPTION:  \nPrepare Your Leaders for an Uncertain Future\n  \nWe are delighted to have secured Ade McCormack to deliver a New Senior Leadership Programme\, Leading In Times of Disruption. It is exclusive to ICBE and delivered in-company only. \nThis programme will enable your Senior leaders to develop an organisation capable of operating in increasingly chaotic circumstances. \nProgramme Overview\nGeopolitics and technology are only two of the forces that are making the world increasingly uncertain. The traditional process-centric model\, which has served organisations well for several centuries\, is no longer ‘fit for purpose’. We need a radically different approach. But one that does not threaten existing cashflows or unnerve staff. \nHowever\, there is a way forward. This transformative programme advocates an intelligent approach\, which in essence draws from living systems – highly evolved systems optimised for survival: \n\nAcute sense of their environment\nProbabilistic rather than deterministic – embracing adaptability\nReal-time response – acting without delay\n\nCore Focus Areas\n\nDisruption – What is driving the need to develop intelligent organisations.\nOrganisational design – A real-time\, adaptive approach.\nTalent management – Harnessing our humanity.\nTechnology – Augmenting our cognition.\nLeadership – The organisational nervous system.\nPurpose – A buffer against uncertainty.\n\n\nKey Benefits for Leaders\n✔ Be able to harness the full potential of your people\, technology (including AI) and data. \n✔ Be able to orchestrate this organisational evolution without spending a fortune on transformation. \nCounterintuitively\, perhaps\, your people will welcome this and so you’re existing cashflows will not be put at further risk. \n  \nProgramme Format\nFlexible delivery options to suit your organisation: \nIn-Person – 1-day immersive workshop \nOnline – 6 x 1-hour interactive sessions \nFully tuneable to your organisation’s needs \n  \nAbout Ade McCormack\n \nAde is a globally recognised advisor\, author\, and speaker on leadership and organisational transformation. \n\nA former technologist with a background in astrophysics who today is focused on how organisations adapt to what is an increasingly complex world.\nFounder\, Adaptive Edge Initiative\, a thinktank focused on empowering organisations to deal with increasing disruption.\n\n\nFormer Financial Times columnist on leadership matters.\nLectured at MIT Sloan on leadership matters.\nWorks with the University of Cambridge (Moller Institute) on leadership education.\nWorked in over forty countries across the world across multiple sectors with many of the world’s most prominent brands.\nAuthor of six books on strategic and societal matters.\n\nProgramme Fee\nCompany rate: €5\,000 \nFor a full-day in-person workshop or 6 x 1-hour online sessions. \nThis ICBE programme is open to both members and non-members.

Really practical learning without significant slides & material. The trainers worked really well together & trainee group also managed to create a safe space for learning and development without judgement.\nThe most useful part of the training for me was developing core skills in coaching. Learning how to listen at different levels and gaining confidence to hold a silent space to ensure the most powerful interaction possible.\n I found the training fantastic! I am in awe of how much progression every person in the group has made in such a short space of time.\n I feel I have grown hugely in confidence with putting my learning into practice due to the opportunities given during each session to practice the skills and core competencies of coaching.\nI feel going back to my workplace I will be able to identify opportunities for coaching and put my learning into practice where appropriate.\n\nProgramme Aims/Objectives \nThis programme is designed to help participants deepen their working knowledge and practice of coaching. Specific objectives include helping participants: \n\nDevelop more awareness of the coaching competencies as specified by the International Coach Federation\nFurther integrate the application of coaching models\, tools and competencies into your role\nIncrease your effectiveness as leaders\, managers and professionals within your organisations\n\nThe program will be run over four half days (each 4.5 hours long) \nThe style will be appropriate to adult learning needs with a mix of short briefings on relevant theory/models\, facilitated discussion\,  group engagement and opportunities to try out and practice your learning. \nWe have retained all of the main elements of the face-to-face course\, including lots of practical experience of coaching practice.  We have experience of delivering online training sessions\, and are struck by the quality and depth of training work that can now be done on line. \nThe programme will be run over four half-days. The style will be a mix of short briefings on relevant theory/models\, facilitated discussion\, group engagement and opportunities to try out and practice your learning. Feedback when provided will be affirming and constructive\, both from the facilitator and from your fellow learners. \nThere will be a requirement to do some “homework” prior to commencement and between the online workshop sessions. \n  \nThe content will include the following areas \n\nActive listening – Three areas of listening\nSetting it up for success\nQuestioning and providing feedback\nWhen is coaching appropriate\nDeveloping trust and rapport\nGoal setting and planning\nThe coaching process\nDefinition of coaching and how it differs from other approaches\nInternational Coach Federation’s Core Competencies\nResponsibility and Accountability\nCreating the most effective relationships for learning\, growth and independence\nChallenge and support\nCoaching practice\, practice\, practice\n\nThis programme will be delivered by Gerry Ryan MCC\, MICF and Kieran Murphy. \nGerry has a vast experience of in-depth coaching and different approaches to leadership development which has led him to attain the title of MCC (Master Credentialed Coach) accredited by the ICF (International Coach Federation) – the top level of award accredited by the ICF. \nKieran has over 20 years’ experience of senior leadership positions at both executive and Board level\, in Ireland and the UK.  The consistent themes across all these experiences is Kieran’s relentless curiosity & exploration about how to bring about positive change in large complex systems\, so that people\, communities & countries are transformed for the better.

SUMMARY:ICBE Members only - Join us for a free workshop Excellence In Process : Finding Your Excellence Through Process Mapping
DESCRIPTION:  \n \nLocation: Glenroyal Court Hotel\, \nMaynooth\, Co. Kildare\, W23 C2V1 \nDelivered by SA Partners \n  \nRegister Here\nAcross Ireland\, organisations are working harder than ever to meet rising expectations. Regulation is tightening. Customers want consistency and speed. Digital tools are being introduced quickly\, often onto processes that are not clear or stable enough to support them. Work still gets done\, but it feels heavier than it should. \n  \nThe issue is not effort. It is clarity. When processes drift and standards lose visibility\, people compensate. Hidden work increases. Delays become routine. Improvements struggle to stick. And without a clear picture of how work really flows\, it becomes difficult to automate\, difficult to improve\, and difficult to sustain performance. \n  \nExcellence in process begins when the work becomes visible again. It allows you to see where variation comes from\, where friction builds\, and where opportunity sits. Visibility helps teams design systems that support the work\, not complicate it. Excellence is already in your organisation; it is often hidden behind processes that have blurred over time. Making those processes visible is how that excellence begins to surface. \nThis workshop helps you take that step. \n  \nDelivered by : Ishan Sellahewa \n \n  \nIshan Sellahewa is a Digital Transformation and Operational Excellence leader dedicated to helping organisations leverage technology to streamline processes and drive sustainable improvement. As Head of Digital Transformation at S A Partners\, he specialises in helping organisations combine their use of technology with Lean methodologies and change leadership to effectively execute their strategy. \n  \nWith a background in process management\, automation\, and governance\, Ishan has worked across industries to optimise ways of working and enhance efficiency. Ishan shares practical insights on bridging strategy\, technology\, and execution\, helping organisations navigate digital transformation successfully. \n  \nEvent Highlights: \n\nNetworking & Introductions (10:00 AM – 11:00 AM)Start the day by connecting with like-minded professionals and setting the stage for a collaborative workshop.\nIntroduction to Enterprise Excellence & Process Maturity (11:00 AM – 11:30 AM)Gain valuable insights into the S A Partners’ Enterprise Excellence model and discover why process maturity is key to sustained organisational success.\nProcess Scoping & Mapping Basics (11:30 AM – 12:30 PM)Learn the fundamentals of process scoping and mapping\, and participate in a fun\, group activity to practice mapping a non-work-related process.\nProcess Mapping Deep Dive (1:00 PM – 2:00 PM)Bring your own process into focus! Map one of your current processes\, breaking it down to the task level\, and explore opportunities for improvement.\nPresent & Receive Feedback (2:00 PM – 2:30 PM)Share your process map with the group and receive constructive feedback on how to refine and optimise it.\nNext Steps: Applying What You’ve Learned (2:30 PM – 3:00 PM)Wrap up the day by discussing how to implement these newly acquired skills in your organisation to drive growth and efficiency.\n\n  \nWho Should Attend? \nProfessionals looking to streamline their processes\, improve efficiency\, and gain practical\, actionable insights into process maturity and enterprise excellence. \nDon’t miss out on this opportunity to learn\, share\, and leave with skills you can immediately apply to your business! \n  \nHalf Day Process Mapping Agenda \n  \n \n
