SUMMARY:Hybrid Working- not the only challenge!
DESCRIPTION:  \n \n  \nAre you ready for the new world of hybrid work?\nThe manager of today needs a new framework to lead them through the maze of change. Systemic approaches\, applied to business challenges can transform your thinking and results. Doubling down to hard work alone will not do so. Welcome to your new playbook- the Advanced Diploma in Systemic Transformation of Organisations. \nCrafting an effective hybrid strategy\, work environment and culture begins with leaning into what’s working\, adjusting what’s not working and adapting as lessons are learned. \nHowever\, It’s only one part of the new framework challenging companies throughout Ireland and the world. \nAre you ready for the completely new skills and mindset that hybrid working requires? \n  \nClick here to find out more  \n  \nThe Diploma is an award winning programme helping leaders of Irish businesses to thrive in the new world of work. \nConsider these facts- \n42.2% of all paid job postings in April on LinkedIn offered hybrid working in Ireland\, compared to an average of 33% across EMEA (source: IDA Market Pulse Survey June 2023). There are some who call for a full time return to office work\, but there is no going back. Some 69% are using remote and hybrid working to attract and retain talent\, but less than a quarter of those organisations have amended contracts to mention this (source CIPD Ireland\, May 2023). 2023 is and 2024 will further develop into a year of Irish business embracing and enabling hybrid working for individuals\, organisations\, and the world. \n  \nThe Expedition\nLeading Systemic Transformation in your OrganisationAdvanced Diploma in Systemic Transformation \nStarts October 25th\, 2023 \nSubsidised ICBE Skillnets price €7\,200pp \nFurther subsidy for SME and Sole Traders may apply \nUsual price – €10\,800ICBE negotiated price – €9\,000 \nChange is hard and our natural reaction is to try and manage it\, but the truth is people want flexible working\, and the office as we know it will fundamentally change. Nothing is sacrosanct or irreplaceable\, and a four-day work week initiative is waiting in the wings as next on the Agenda. Change in every aspect of our lives is the only certainty\, and change agents who can hold the space and think differently are required. \n  \nDiscover more and get the offer \n  \nXenergie is an award winning organisational advisory business\, working with complex organisations to create new ways of seeing\, being and doing. \n

SUMMARY:Virtual Shingo Systems Design workshop from Servier
DESCRIPTION:This Shingo Systems Design workshop is delivered on MS Teams (virtual) from Servier\, Ireland over three days.\nClick on the link for ICBE registration \n  \nDeveloping & designing the right Business Systems will support you deliver the organizational results you need. \nAbout this Event\nA successful organization is usually made up of complex systems that can be divided into layers of subsystems\, each containing the necessary tools to enable the successful outcome of the system. An example of this would be the Continuous Improvement System which pulls together all of the tools & techniques used by an organisation or the HR System which guides human resource activity. \nThe Shingo Model Insights tell us that: \n\nIdeal results require ideal behaviours\nPurpose & systems drive behaviours\nPrinciples inform ideal behaviours\n\nFor this reason Systems Thinking is fundamental to the success of Enterprise Excellence and this interactive workshop will provide you with the skills to recognise\, define and establish the ‘right’ systems within your own organization. \nThis virtual training workshop builds upon the knowledge and experience gained in the DISCOVER EXCELLENCE* workshop\, and focuses on the Systems and Tools diamonds in the Shingo Model™. It begins by explaining that all work in an organization is the outcome of a system. \nSystems must be designed to create a specific end objective; otherwise\, they evolve on their own. Systems drive the behavior of people\, and variation in behavior leads to variation in results. Organizational excellence requires well designed systems to drive ideal behaviors that are required to produce sustainable results. \nIn this workshop\, you will: \n\nDISCOVER three types of essential systems.\nEXPLORE five required communication tools for each system.\nLEARN how to create and use system maps.\nUNDERSTAND system standard work and how it drives improvement.\n\n‘DISCOVER EXCELLENCE is a pre-requisite to this workshop’ \nFor further information\, please email events@sapartners.com
