I actually can’t wait to get back to work.\n\n  \n\nThis experience allows time for self-reflection in a safe space; allows for some “badly needed” headspace away from the noise of the office and the job itself. The insights we got from the academics was excellent\, it’s how that content triggers the bigger conversations…how I apply it in my world is what matters. It wouldn’t nearly matter what the content was\, what point you started from\, it’s where we went in the conversation that was excellent.\n\n  \n\nI gained a deeper understanding of how to balance incremental and disruptive opportunities\, equipping me to become more future ready\, enhance competitiveness\, and support sustainable growth for our Ireland-based organisation. The frameworks and tools introduced during the programme have already influenced how I approach both day-to-day planning and long-term strategy\, giving me greater confidence in driving innovation initiatives across the organisation. Overall\, this was an engaging\, challenging\, and enjoyable programme that has had a lasting impact on my approach to leadership and innovation. I would strongly recommend it to leaders in the medical devices industry and beyond.\n\n  \nCo-designed with the collective wisdom of Ireland’s Business Leaders\, Wisdom in Action offers a carefully curated group of 12 Senior Business Leaders: \n\nRich engagement with Thought Leaders and Internationally Renowned Academics.\n A space for enhancing your Critical Thinking and honing your Leadership Performance.\nA Business Mentor to help you advance your Personal Impact and Career Aspirations.\nAn innovative and energising series of activities and events.\nTwo immersive experiences over the course of one year (three days/two nights each) on UL’s beautiful campus.\n\n \n
