In addition\, it is about growing your coaching mindset\, and increasing your self-awareness so that you can be an effective professional coach. We draw on thinking from Neuroscience\, Transactional Analysis\, Neuro Linguistic Programming and Carl Rogers Client Centred approach. We create a psychologically safe environment for learning\, and our style reflects a person-centred approach to adult learning. \nOnline training days which comprise your synchronous learning hours use the principal method of experiential learning: learning by doing\, coupled with personal reflection and exploration. There are tutor inputs\, interactive sessions\, discussions\, practice with observation and feedback\, live demonstrations of coaching by credentialed coaches; MCC\, PCC and ACC\, a group coach mentoring day +2 x 90 mins individual coach mentoring sessions. There are also additional self-directed asynchronous learning hours that are completed outside of the training days. These include a reflective journal\, short assignments\, quizzes\, recorded coaching demonstrations to review and learn from\, short questionnaires\, reflective questions\, and preparation for your individual coach mentoring sessions. \nResources are provided to support you for when you with set up a business as coach or working as an internal coach when you complete the programme. Finally\, to integrate the skills that you are learning you also engage in peer-to-peer coaching and coaching real clients during the programme so that you start to build your coaching experience and hours as a coach. \n

DESCRIPTION:Diploma in Aviation Leasing and Finance – Law Society\n  \nStart Date: Thursday 28th January 2027 at 6:00 PM\nFunded cost: €2\,880  (full cost before funding €3\,600)\nContact maeve@icbe.ie for details of eligibility for funding.\n  \nProgramme objectives\nOn completion of this training programme\, participants will be able to: \n\nAnalyse the key legal issues pertaining to the sale and lease of aircraft;\nCritically evaluate the finance structures involved\, how to finance an aviation transaction\, and funding available;\nExplain the key regulatory issues pertaining to aviation;\nSummarise the legal issues relating to key aviation matters\, such as engines\, maintenance reserves\, security\, taxation\, insurance\, records\, and repossession;\nDraft and amend the key legal and financial documents and structures in aviation leasing and finance transactions;\nAdvise on a range of aviation issues that arise in practice – be it from a lender\, lessor\, lessee\, or airline.\n\nProgramme structure and approach to learning\nIreland is internationally recognised as the global hub for aviation leasing and finance\, with 14 of the top 15 global aircraft lessors enjoying a presence here. More than 60% of the world’s fleet of leased aircraft is owned\, leased\, or managed in Ireland. The major industry players have been attracted by Ireland’s stable political regime\, membership of the EU\, favourable time zone\, and talented workforce – not to mention our legal and regulatory advantages. In addition\, Ireland’s network of over 70 double tax treaties\, combined with the absence of withholding tax on aircraft lease rentals and a corporate tax rate of 12.5%\, makes Ireland a commercially attractive place to set up and run an aircraft leasing company. \nThis advanced-level diploma provides comprehensive coverage of the key aspects of the aviation leasing and finance industry.
