The insights we got from the academics was excellent\, it’s how that content triggers the bigger conversations…how I apply it in my world is what matters. It wouldn’t nearly matter what the content was\, what point you started from\, it's where we went in the conversation that was excellent.\n\n  \n\nI gained a deeper understanding of how to balance incremental and disruptive opportunities\, equipping me to become more future ready\, enhance competitiveness\, and support sustainable growth for our Ireland-based organisation. The frameworks and tools introduced during the programme have already influenced how I approach both day-to-day planning and long-term strategy\, giving me greater confidence in driving innovation initiatives across the organisation. Overall\, this was an engaging\, challenging\, and enjoyable programme that has had a lasting impact on my approach to leadership and innovation.
