Grainne, For leadership development we would use Commonpurpose. Usually we would select are top rated and potential leadership talent to go on their Navigator training programme and Meridian programme is used for established leaders.

In the past we have used V2R -Vision 2 Results (Tutor -Jerry Ryan) & TSS Training (Tutor – Shay Martin) who did training for all our Supervisors / Managers which covered
Performance management etc
Both were quite good spent some time internally in advance to fully understand our systems. Had role plays and exercises to complete to ensure effectiveness. Very knowledgeable.
We also have used ICBE and IMI on occasion.
