Eamonn in Professor Emeritus at the Department of Mathematics and Statistics at the University of Limerick. He was instrumental in establishing ICBE 25 year ago. As a director of ICBE, Eamonn played a key role in securing in excess 6 million in funding for ICBE over the last 4 years.
He is a non-executive director of IMR The centre for Advanced Manufacturing Research in Ireland. He is Chairman of Innovate Limerick a wholly moved subsidiary if Limerick City and County Councils. Eamonn is also Chairman of Research, Development and Innovation Board at Limerick Institute of Technology. He was instrumental in establishing ASK a Spinout company for University of Limerick that specialists in Tacit Knowledge support for large and small organisations.

MSc Business Administration, Trinity College: Project & Network Manager with the Irish Centre for Business Excellence (ICBE) since 2003, responsible for the successful delivery of its core processes to the network of leading Irish & Multinational companies. During the period of 2006 to 2012 successfully managed the Business Excellence Skillnet and the Innovation & Lean Sigma Skillnet, responsible for the management of all aspects of training, providing value for money & time and ensuring a high standard of training provision through formal and informal channels. During 2008 was an integral part of the foundation of the Innovation and Lean Sigma Federation offering advice and guidance to over 200 multinational organisations in their Lean Transformation Journeys.
Prior to his appointment to ICBE, Dermot worked mainly in senior operational and engineering roles. With 20 years managerial experience in delivering results in excess of targets. Experienced practitioner of Lean and Six Sigma transformation programmes with various organisations.
Dermots hobbies include golf, tennis, reading and the odd game of soccer.

Linda previously worked in London as a PR Account Director and returned to Ireland in early 2000. Linda worked as Director for Shannon Courier Service and still manages the business today. Linda went on to take a position with Smart Marketing Limited and managed the Midwest Regional Engineering Skillnet before taking her current position.
Kate de Courcy
Kate de Courcy works as an Administrator at the Centre, co-ordinating all training and other events as well as keeping ICBE members advised of activities and services. Kates responsibilities include Training, Education & Development, Network & Client Services, Marketing and Advertising.
Prior to joining ICBE in 2011, Kate worked in the Limerick Independent Newspaper, before that she worked on Cruise Ships as Shop Assistant and later Shop Manager for nearly 8 years. In 1991 Kate worked in Moscow with Aer Rianta International in the Duty Free for two years.
Marie O Donnell MIATI

Marie O’Donnell is Accounts Manager in respect of the Irish Centre for Business Excellence (ICBE). Marie is responsible for all the Finances for both the centre and our skillnet networks. This includes formulating and reporting on management accounts to our Board of Directors and liaising with skillnet on all finance related aspects of the networks. Marie joined the centre in 2006 and worked as Training, Education and Development Administrator for 3 years . Marie is a qualified Accounting Technician.
Prior to working at the centre Marie worked in Insurance as an Administrator.

Gráinne Walsh is Business Excellence Skillnet Network Manager at the Irish Centre for Business Excellence (ICBE). Previously, Gráinne was the Administrator for Innovation and Lean Sigma Skillnet. Gráinne’s responsibilities include Training, Education & Development and Network & Client Services. Prior to joining ICBE in 2007, Gráinne worked as a Quality Editor at Thompson NETg in Limerick. Gráinne was the Classified Advertising Manager at the Irish Echo Newspaper in New York for 4 years and also worked as a Client Manager in the National Advertising Unit of The Washington Post. Gráinne recently completed an IMI Diploma in Management and has contributed to various publications, including writing a weekly column for the Clare Champion newspaper for three years.
