For example, is it based on productivity OR is it team based involving the team working on a production line etc. The member company would like to know how other companies operate their schemes – what are the requirements/parameters of their scheme
Objective: The main objective is to review the options for paying productivity bonuses to employees paid by the hour.

We do not differentiate between hourly paid and salaried employees. We have one Bonus Scheme for all employees.
- It is Based on performance at Plant, Team and Individual Level – KPI’s are identified at the start of each year for Plant and Team
- The range is 0 -15%
- Performance Related and is an element which is based on Individuals performance
- The options employees may avail of to take the AIP are – Cash, AVC’s and Shares
- Revenue approved share participation scheme
- Paid out in March each year
