Programme overview

The programme is built around participant requirements and features practical exercises to help hone their skills on the day. Participants complete a simple questionnaire in advance of the programme and submit samples of their reports so that they can receive individual feedback on the areas where they can achieve most improvement. Delegates receive a comprehensive course manual.

Who is the course for

Level 6/7 qualification preferred. Green Belt qualified or a demonstration of several years of work experience in a supervision role in service or manufacturing industry is required. Experience in Lean or Six Sigma principles is desirable.
