In this visit and site tour, the Freudenberg Medical Team will focus on :
- Kaizen preparation and development
- Managing Daily Improvement
- A3 Problem Solving
As a host site, the team are very conscious that they don’t have all the answers and would appreciate commentary and feedback from visiting companies on using these methods as improvement vehicles or to drive standardisation.
There are limited numbers on this visit so only one person from any member organisation may attend. Places will be allocated on a first come first served basis.
