Eilish Henry has 17 years’ experience working with the Shingo Institute and was the first Shingo global coach appointed in Europe. Eilish has worked across a wide range of sectors, helping a large number of organisations lead successful cultural change programmes and 44 organisations to achieve Shingo Awards globally.
