Women are already significantly underrepresented in leadership and lean leadership is no exception. ICBE in collaboration with UL invite you to a panel discussion which explores why there aren’t more women leading lean and operational excellence. Our panel will consider tangible and intangible barriers that may be holding women back as well as the skills and personality traits that are considered valuable in this role. As we look to remove barriers, we ask, how can our male and female colleagues help to foster an inclusive culture that ensures everyone has an equal opportunity?

Open to all – you can help shape the future of Lean Leadership to be a more inclusive one.
