ICBE Benchmarking Visit to Regeneron

This visit will focus on Regeneron’s

• CI program that engages the entire organisation,
• Managing for Daily Improvement (MDI) Boards
• Decreasing human error likelihood through “learning teams”.

There are limited numbers on this visit so only one person from any member organisation may attend. Places will be allocated on a first come first served basis.
