ICBE is delighted to invite members to an evening visit at An Post Mail Centre in Athlone to learn about the huge strides they have made in Operational Excellence.
Hear about the lean culture changes implemented , the history of the An Post Six Sigma Programme and see improvements as you follow mail flow.
Visit will commence at 18.30 and conclude at 21.30.
Places are limited, maximum of 2 people per ICBE member company.
