Leaders across every business context are tasked with managing conflict when it arises and sometimes need to give constructive feedback to help others to grow and develop.
These conversations and interactions can be challenging and when handled well, can lead to very positive outcomes. When ignored or handled poorly, the effects can be distressing and even destructive for the business and everyone involved.
This short webinar will help participants to view conflict a little differently and includes some hints and tips on how to open up these potentially challenging conversations.
